Ayla Bayens worked as an Enterprise Architect for several years at a national health and safety service and a health insurer. Today, she works as an Enterprise Architect at the Volksbank. Her specialism is working under architecture in agile organisations. As a young woman, she is an atypical appearance among the established order of Enterprise Architects. She will present and discuss how  architecture should be simple and accessible, how we can all break old patterns, reduce complexity and realise innovative solutions.
